A Grain-To-Glass Distillery Since 2011, FEW Spirits produces award-winning craft whiskey in a tucked away alley located in the growing Chicago suburb of Evanston. This is a wonderfully unique three-grain Bourbon. It’s rich and smooth, with the thick sweetness of caramel that combines elegantly with a signature Bourbon spice. FEW Bourbon is a fantastic bottling, packed full of toffee, clove, vanilla and warming spice goodness!
FEW Straight Bourbon is a blend of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malt. Fermented with a special, peppery yeast normally used for saison beer.
This splendid craft beauty comes presented in a gorgeous bottle adorned with a label showing off some local heritage, depicting a scene from the Chicago World’s Fair of 1892. A vibrant spirit drink filled to the brim with character!

Sweet caramel and rich malt with hints of spiced cloves.
PALATE
Spicy notes of cardamom and cloves develop and are joined by cinnamon, more caramel and toffee, tangy wood and malt.

Spicy! Lingers just long enough with warmer spice notes tingling until the very end…
